CoachingSheba is a cloud-based coaching management platform that allows coaching centers to manage students, attendance, fees, results, reports, and subscriptions from a single dashboard.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• All payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz.
• Prices and billing cycles are clearly displayed before payment.

6. Auto Payment Authorization

By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorize CoachingSheba and SSLCommerz to automatically charge your selected payment method at the chosen billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not guarantee refunds for already processed payments.

8. Prohibited Use

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Unauthorized access to the system
• Abuse, harassment, or data misuse

9. Limitation of Liability

CoachingSheba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
